By booking services with Meridian Moving & Delivery Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all moving, delivery and related services provided by our company.
Meridian Moving & Delivery Inc. provides professional local moving and delivery services throughout St. John's and surrounding communities in Newfoundland and Labrador. We reserve the right to decline services that are unsafe, illegal or beyond our operational capability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all belongings are properly packed unless packing services have been requested and confirmed. Customers should disclose any unusually heavy, fragile or valuable items before moving day.
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested beyond the original quotation.
While every effort is made to arrive on time, weather conditions, road closures and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect schedules.
Meridian Moving & Delivery Inc. exercises reasonable care while handling your belongings. Liability is subject to applicable laws and any written agreements provided before the service begins.
Customers should notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the request.
Personal information collected during quotations and bookings is used only for providing requested services and communicating with customers.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and the laws of Canada where applicable.
